Returns

Our cancellation/refund policy has a duration of 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The round-trip courier cost for returning the product will be borne by you. A flat amount of Rs 100 will be deducted from refunds for all orders as a shipping charge. This deduction applies to free shipping orders as well.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email or Whatsapp us. We will arrange a return pickup for you. If return pickup is not available at your pin code, you should mail your product to:

The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please Contact Us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@peacocknighties.com or Whatsapp us.
